Terms of Services


Any online orders completed are subject to prior acknowledgement and acceptance of Delivery, Return & Refund Policy.



  1. Free delivery on all orders over 500 HKD
  2. For orders less than HK$500, the standard shipping fee is HK$50 per order.



  1. Commercial and residential areas: 2-5 business days.
  2. Remote areas, outlying islands and Macau: at least 5 business days.


  1. Door to door delivery by Courier


  1. Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, certain remote areas and outlying islands and Macau only.
  2. We only ship to commercial and residential addresses. Post Office (PO) box and logistics centres are not accepted for any deliveries.
  3. We are currently only able to ship to one delivery address per order. If you would like to ship your order to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.  


  1. All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. 
  2. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check the delivery status on courier’s website.
  3. Once the order is dispatched, please contact courier directly in case of any changes of the delivery address. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  4. In case you cannot be reached for delivery after two attempts, the order may risk being cancelled and refund will be issued after deducting delivery charges.
  5. In case customer is not able to receive the order due to personal reasons, please contact courier directly for further arrangement.



  1. Currently, we do not offer a direct exchange service. In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a refund to the original form of payment and place a new order online.
  2. We will gladly accept a return of saleable merchandise in original condition within 7 days from date of purchase.
  3. All merchandises are not eligible for return or refund after 14 days from date of purchase.
  4. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original packaging/boxes provided and placed inside a protective shipping box. 
  5. Any items discounted to 50% off or above, underwear (men’s and women’s), Gift with Purchase and redemption items are not eligible for return and refund.
  6. All items will be inspected on return. We do our best to accommodate return requests, however, in the event that an item is returned not in compliance with our return policy (including but not limited to items returned in an unsuitable condition, incomplete or after 14 days from date of purchase), we will not be able to offer a refund.
  7. In the event the value of order after return falls below the Gift with Purchase (GWP) qualifying amount, please also return the GWP as well. If the GWP is not returned, the retail value of the GWP will be deducted from the total refund amount. 
  8. If you have received a defective item or wrong product, please email us at hello@illia-accessories.com within 7 days of receipt with images attached and tracking information.
  9. We do not accept in store return for any online purchase orders.



  • Unless the product is defective, the delivery costs of all returns shall be borne by the customer. 


  1. Refunds can be made once only for the same order.
  2. Once your return package is received, please allow 7 to 14 business days for process and inspection before we proceed in issuing a refund for the respective item(s). 
  3. Upon processing your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method. 
  4. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
  5. Returns that do not meet the eligible conditions will be returned to you. 
  6. If any voucher has been redeemed for online purchase, only the transaction amount net of the voucher value will be refunded.

  3. Choose and click the Order Number 
  4. Click RETURN button on the top right corner
  5. Provide your return information, including Contact Detail, Pick up Address and Pick up Date
  6. Choose the item to be return and click SUBMIT
  7. Courier arrangement: 
  • Hong Kong: Our team will arrange courier pick up for the item(s) to be returned. You will receive a return request confirmation email shortly with tracking information.
  • Macau: You will receive an email with return address and packing information shortly. Please send the item(s) to return address provided using your own courier at your own cost within 7 days of return request. We  do not accept return parcel paid by receiver. Please email us the tracking number as well as the name of courier company after sending out. 
  • Upon processing your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method.



  1. Please ensure your return item(s) is packaged well in the original shipping box or similar suitable for shipping. 
  2. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original packaging/boxes provided and placed inside a protective shipping box.
